一個接納每一個人的社區
CIE/USA-DFW最與衆不同之處，在于它包容多元的文化氛圍。作為一個非營利組織，它搭建的是一個開放的平臺——歡迎工程師、創業者、學生、職場人士，甚至整個家庭的參與。這裏不僅僅是技術的交流場，更是人與人之間跨世代、跨背景的橋梁，充滿了導師精神、尊重與歸屬感。
表彰12名傑出高中生

中工會傑出青少年獎項目是中國工程師學會達福分會（CIE/USA-DFW）的旗艦計劃之一。其使命是鼓勵年輕一代追求學術卓越，展現領導才能，促進創新，並參與社區服務。每年，該項目表彰那些表現出韌性、創造力和致力於在學術追求之外產生重大影響的學生。
第36届的中工會傑出青少年獎獲獎者代表了北德克薩斯州最傑出的年輕人才，他們在數學、科學、工程、機器人、發明、辯論、音樂、藝術、領導力和志願服務等多個領域表現出色。2025年度中工會傑出青少年獎項目主席徐菁強調了獲獎者成就的重要性，表示“今年的獎獲獎者再次證明，年齡並非限制，而是創造卓越的動力。”
弘揚卓越精神 – 北德克薩斯州
2025年度中工會杰出青少年獎獲獎者的選擇通過一個由來自各個行業的傑出評審組成的評審團進行，採用了競爭性流程。每位獲獎者不僅在個人事業上取得了成功，同時也展現出了對回饋社區的強烈承諾。這十二名學生來自北德克薩斯的十所學校，展現了該獎項在北德州社區的深遠影響。徐菁進一步指出“這些鼓舞人心的成就也離不開父母、老師、教練和家人的悉心支持。他們的鼓勵在塑造獲獎者非凡的旅程中起到了重要作用。”
